Find balance that truly works for you

We support a healthy work–life balance through flexible working arrangements, including hybrid work between home and the office, and adjustable hours, so you can shape your day in a way that works for you.

Employees can also purchase additional annual leave each year and enjoy an extra day off at Christmas. Our generous leave provisions further support life’s important moments, offering 18 weeks of paid Parental Leave with no distinction between primary and secondary carers, up to two years of total parental leave, ceremonial leave for First Nations employees, leave to observe religious holidays, and time off for major life events such as moving house.

On the left side of the scale, six plain, natural wood cubes form a stable pyramid. On the right side, six identical cubes in vibrant colors (yellow, green, red, pink, and white) form a matching pyramid.

Progress your career

Three professionals stand in a modern office looking at a large digital screen titled "Investment Decisions." A man in a white button-down shirt and khaki pants points to a specific location on a map of Western and Northern Australia. Two women stand beside him listening intently; one wears a green textured shirt and the other wears a dark teal sleeveless top. The screen displays various text markers and project details across the map. A small video conferencing camera sits on a black counter below the display.

We’re committed to helping you grow your career from day one, with supportive recruitment and onboarding processes designed to set you up for success.

Our learning and development offerings provide ongoing opportunities to advance your skills, including Study Assistance, Study Leave, LinkedIn Learning, Lunch and Learn sessions, and support for professional memberships.

We also encourage continuous growth through access to conferences, workshops, seminars and short courses, ensuring you have every opportunity to develop, thrive and progress in your career.

Thrive in an inclusive community

We’re committed to fostering a genuinely inclusive workplace where people of all backgrounds feel supported, respected and empowered.

We offer flexible, culturally informed leave options such as ceremonial leave for First Nations employees, leave for religious and cultural observances, and generous parental leave—18 weeks paid with no distinction between carers, plus up to two years total leave.

Our Employee Assistance Program provides confidential wellbeing support for employees and families, including culturally aware counselling, wellbeing coaching, legal guidance, and dedicated services for First Nations peoples and the LGBTIQA+ community.

A large, diverse group of smiling coworkers poses closely together outdoors on a lush green lawn. Most individuals wear matching short-sleeved navy blue polo shirts, while a few wear light blue button-down shirts, a yellow top, or black clothing. Many people are waving their hands or making peace signs toward the camera. A woman standing in the front center holds a large round plate. Dense tropical trees, palms, and a dark metal fence form the background. In the upper right corner, a red and blue "Great Place To Work Certified" badge reads "MAR 2026-MAR 2027 AUS".

This commitment is strengthened through our Indigenous Employment Strategy, focused on developing First Nations leadership, embedding culturally safe retention practices, and increasing representation across the organisation.
